Quake II Achievements
You can get achievements for doing certain tasks in single play and multiplay modes. These achievements count to your gamerscore for your gamercard.
Quake II can be played via the bonus disk which came with Quake 4.
Quake II has 9 achievements but each of them are worth no points.
