"Microsoft finally comes to video gaming consoles and doesn't fail"

Who could have thought that Microsoft would end up creating a gaming console for the world to see. Well Bill Gates has done it and it is simply wonderful. It's a big black box called the X-BOX. I'll tell you why this system is worth it.

GRAPHICS
The best in its time!!! The graphics in this system just simply kick arse. They are much better than the Playstation2 and Gamecube. This system shows so many amazing looks and graphics and can still run at extremely fast speeds. The X-Box uses 64 MB of on-board memory with the 250 MHz GPU. This helps games reach up to 60 FPS. The system shows no signs of slowdown or pop up which is a definite plus in my book. This can leave you stunned when you see graphics in some of these games. Definitely something to look at.

I give the graphics 10/10

SOUND
Good sound. There isn't much to say here. The sound comes out very clear and it's simply understandable. It's about the same as the Playstation2 and Gamecube with a little more improvements.

I give the sound 9/10

GAMES
This is what makes this system even better. With excellent launch titles to excellent soon to be released games. Who could go wrong here. With HALO being the biggest title for the X-Box in 2001 who knows what to expect in 2002. Some games set to come out in 2003 are Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3, Crazy Taxi Next, Test Drive, Shenmue II, Ultimate Fighting Championship: Tapout, New Legends, NFL Blitz 2002, Wreckless: The Yakuza Missions, House of the Dead 3, Toe Jam & Earl 3, Ghost Recon, Hitman 2, .Jet Set Radio Future, etc. What a lineup for you to expect and another reason to go out and buy an X-Box.

I give the games 10/10

PRICE
The X-Box sells for $300 at regular price which is the same as the Playstation2. I guarantee you that it's worth every penny and more. Though it may not be affordable to many, you can still save up for it :). It's well worth it and you won't be disappointed with it at the end.

I give the price 10/10

CONTROLLER
Now why does everyone go complaining about the controller being to large. I agree it is somewhat large but it isn't like its impossible to hold. I think the controller was well done but wasn't thought about to much. Besides the buttons are in the good locations and you'll soon get used to the controller. Besides it's the system that counts right.

I give the controller 9/10

STYLE
The X-Box is a big black system that is very powerful. It has the green gem on top which signifies X-Box and it has four controller sockets. Meaning you don't have to go out and buy a multi-tap if you want some hardcore 4 player action. It only weighs about 10 pounds which isn't much and it isn't like you have to carry the system in order to play it. The only downfall is that you need lots of space to place the system which was my only problem with its size. Other than that the style of the system is well done.

I give the style 9/10

FEATURES
The system includes DVD player. It also has a 10 gig hard drive which kills the loading times and takes away the need of a memory card unlike the Playstation2 and the Gamecube. You could also rip your own music from you CD's into the system which is amazing and unlike any other system made. You can also check all of this information in your options screen for the X-Box. The system also has Internet capability. The only thing you need to buy is a Ethernet/Broadband adaptor and online capable games :).

I give the features for the X-Box 10/10

OVERALL
The system is worth all $300. At this price the system is still a steal with all it's available features.

Overall I'd give the system a 9/10
