Reach Rank 11( Elite) and unlock the Elite Racer car. When you do that, the car that's driving around in the title screen will change into an Elite Racer instead of the car that was normally there.

Boss Rush Mode.

Enter a warp room after beating the game. You also have to defeat the "secret" boss as well. Once this is done, you can go to any warp room and enter the boss rush mode by sitting in the chair.

Crazy Mode

After beating the game once, if you start a new game and put @CRAZY as your name, you will start the game at a higher difficulty setting.

Moai Statue.

When you start the game in the Abandoned Castle stage, go around to the outside of the castle to find the Moai Statue. The statue will be there if you have a Lament of Innocence save file on your Memory Card. The statue is worth a lot of money at the shop, or it can be used to replenish your health.

Moebius Brooch

Once you beat Crazy Mode, the Moebius Brooch will be available in the shop. Equipping this item allows you to do special moves without using hearts.

Sound Mode

After beating Boss Rush Mode, the music box should appear in the warp room. With this item, you should be able to access the Sound Mode Option to play various music from the game.

Legion and Nuculais ~ The Optional Bosses

In order to reach these bosses, you first must obtain the 5th Innocent Devil, the Devil Type. With this, head back to Garibaldi Temple and slide under the crack in the wall back near the area with the four courtyards and Fencers. Proceed through the hallways, avoiding the Blood Bones and eventually you'll be in a hallway that is living. Save before you enter the boss area...and make sure you're at least at level 50.

Exterminator Difficulty

Finish the game once in normal mode (in any of the first four difficulties) to unlock the 5-star Exterminator difficulty (and challenge mode). Now you can either select the Exterminator difficulty when you play your game again in challenge mode or you can start a new game from scratch in the Exterminator difficulty.

Free Ammo

Go to any Boss Battle and play it. When you start, the game will automatically reload all of your weapon's ammo. Exit the challenge and your ammo on all of your weapons will be reloaded for free. This way you do not have to spend your bolts on ammo.

Ico Symbol

If you use a memory card with an Ico save-game on it, your horse Aggro will have the Ico "I" logo on its forehead as opposed to the usual mark.

Increase health and stamina with Lizards and Fruit.

The white lizards crawling around in many areas of the game can be eaten to increase Stamina. Equip the bow and shoot the lizard, then press the Circle button to pick up and eat it.

Many of the trees within the game carry Fruit that can be used to restore and increase your Maximum Health slightly.
Equip the bow and shoot at the Fruit hanging in the tree, once it drops go over and press the Circle button to eat it.

Reminiscence Mode

After killinga Colossus, you can go back to their petrified bodies and by pressing Circle, your character will kneel down and pray. This opens Reminiscence Mode, a mode where you can find the Colossus again as though it were a flashback.

Cheat Mode

This code must be entered in order for most of the cheats to work. At the title screen, press the X button, then hold both the L1 and R1 buttons simultaneously and press Down, Down, Right, Up on the D-Pad. If entered correctly, the text that says "Please Press Start to Begin" will turn green.
